I found the room spacious and the front desk staff super friendly, which made my stay more enjoyable. Being close to Silver Lake Park, I loved taking leisurely strolls there, and Railroad Depot Park was a fantastic spot to unwind after a busy day.

During our family trip to the Cincinnati Zoo, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, which made our outings so much easier. The indoor pool was clean and well-kept, perfect for relaxing after long days with the kids and my girlfriend.

My kids wished they had a hot shower. there was barely any hot water there.

holiday inn was a great choice for my stay. the room was well organized and comfortable. the staff was super friendly, and check-in was fast. being close to cvg airport and having a rental car made everything easy. i particularly liked the pool area, which was great for relaxing after a long day.

The spacious King Room with Sofa Bed provided a comfortable stay, featuring a very sizable layout and a serene environment conducive to restful sleep. However, the housekeeping services were severely lacking. my room wasn't cleaned during my three-night stay, nor were towels replenished. On checkout, the handling of my concerns left much to be desired, as the receptionist dismissed my complaints without offering any resolution. It was disappointing to experience such unresponsiveness during my visit.

I felt comfortable overall, but the bed was quite firm, far from what I expected for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom had a few cleanliness issues. I found hair leftover from the previous guest in the shower and the tub didn’t drain well. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was nearly scalding, creating a frustrating situation after a long travel day. While I appreciated the free shuttle service, the timing was off, as I waited quite a while for it to arrive when leaving for the airport. Despite these issues, I did enjoy the customer service, they were friendly and tried to assist where they could. It’s a decent spot, but definitely needs improvements in cleanliness and facility maintenance.
